These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ritenow. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

  • ritenow provides a subscription-based design service.

  • Plans include unlimited requests with a set number of active tasks at a time.

  • Deliverables are provided in digital format.

2. Payment & Billing

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

  • You may cancel or pause at any time; changes apply at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months.

3. Communication

By subscribing, you agree to receive transactional communications (email/SMS) about your subscription, including:

  • Confirmations.

  • Design progress updates.

  • Billing notices.

Marketing emails/SMS will only be sent if you opt in.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information.

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.

  • Not misuse, resell, or misrepresent the services.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All work delivered by ritenow is owned by you once payment is complete.

  • We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Losses caused by delays outside our control.

  • How you choose to use delivered design work.

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 30 days of service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales.
